My counselling approach is client-centred, flexible, and collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based counselling methods, adapting each session to the individual, couple, or family I am working with. There is no single approach that fits everyone, which is why therapy is tailored to your goals, needs, and life stage.

A strong counsellor–client relationship is central to effective counselling. Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment allows meaningful conversations to happen and supports lasting change. Depending on your needs, counselling may include practical strategies, emotional processing, and reflective exploration to help build insight, resilience, and well-being.
