Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments create a gap in the schedule that could otherwise be offered to another client. For this reason, 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged a cancellation fee.
- A credit card is required on file for cancellation purposes. This information can be entered securely in your client profile when booking an appointment.
- Your credit card will only be used for cancellation fees, and you will recieve an invoice prior to any charge.
